Ingredients:
Quinoa - cooked -1cup
Peppers - chopped - 1
Lima Beans - cooked - 1/2 cup
Peanuts - fried - and grinded
1. rinse the quinoa and cook it in water. If excess water is left then you can strain using a strainer.
2. Heat a pan with oil and fry the beans and peppers
3. Add the quinoa and mix all.
4. Add the peanut mixture and mix well.
