Spring Onion Roti

Ingredients:

Spring Onion- 1cup
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt
Oil
Water
1.Cut the spring onion into small pieces and mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
2.Mix the dough for roti and roll it.
3.Heat tawa and add little oil and then turn the other side and cook well.

Avacado Roti

Ingredients:

Avacado -  1
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt
Oil
Water

1.Scoop the flesh of avacado and mix all the above ingredients and mix well.
2.Mix the dough for roti.
3.Make rotis with it.

It is the first time I tried avacado and it turned out to be well.

Black Eyes peas stuffed Roti

Ingredients:

Black EyedPeas - cooked - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt
Oil
Water

1.Cook the peas and mash well. Add chilli powder and salt and mix well.
2.Mix the dough for roti.
3.Make a small circle with the dough and stuff the peas and then close the dough and make the roti with it.

Vegetable Roti

Ingredients:

Radish - grated - 1cup
Carrot - grated - 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 1/2cup
Wheat flour -  1cup
Salt
Water
Oil

1. In a bowl mix the flour,salt and the grated vegetables.
 
2. Add enough water to make a dough out of it. dont mak
e it sticky.
3. Leave it for 20mins and make roti's out of it.

Cilantro Roti

Ingredients:

Cilantro - 1cup
Wheat flour -  1cup
Salt
Water
Oil

1. In a bowl mix the flour,salt and the finely chopped cilantro. 
2. Add enough water to make 
a dough out of it. dont make it sticky.
3. Leave it for 20mins and make roti's out of it.

Kothu Parotta or Masala Parotta

This is husband's favouroite.When ever we go to Indian restaurants he orders for this. So I thought of making it at home and it worked out to be good :)

Ingredients:

Frozen Parotta - Thawed - cut into slices - 2
Onion - 1
Bell Peppers - 1
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Tomato - 1
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Chilli and Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp each
Oil
Mustard
Urad dal
Salt
Lemon juice

1. Thaw the parotta and with your hand make them into small pieces.
2. In a pan add oil and add the mustard and urad dal.
3. Add onions and then the bell peppers and fry until brownish.
4. Add the tomatos and grated carrot.
5. Cook well and add all the masala's and salt.
6.Add little water and then the parotta pieces.
7. Let it spread really well with the masala and get soaked in the water.
8. Add the lemon juice and serve hot with Curd.

It was delicious.

Raddish Roti

Ingredients:

Radish - grated - 1cup
Wheat flour -  1cup
Salt
Water
Oil

1. In a bowl mix the flour,salt and the grated radish. 
2. Add enough water to make a dough out of it. dont make it sticky.
3. Leave it for 20mins and make roti's out of it.

Believe me it was delicious. I really loved it. It was very different other than the normal rotis.
