Chickpea and Kale Soup


Kale - chopped - 1cup
Chickpea - 1/2cup -cooked
Carrot - 1/2cup
tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Black pepper powder - 1tbsp
Cayenne pepper - 1/4tbsp
Paprika - 1/4tbsp
Olive oil

1.In a pan add oil and then saute the garlic for a min.
2.Then add onion and saute for 3mins.
3.Then goes tomato and cook until mushy.
4.Add all the powders and then the chickpea.
5.Add salt and a cup of water and let it boil for 5mins.
6.then add the chopped kale and add more water till the kale is immersed in the water.
7.Cook until the kale is soft and let it stand for about 20mins.

  1. I wanted to say your calorie calculator is pretty cool. Now I have a general idea of how many calories I should be consuming and how many I probably consume in day. Looks like I should change some of my eating habits to stay fit.
