Beeta Raitha

Ingredients:

Beets - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Oil 
Salt
Mustard
Urad Dal

1.Grate the beets.
2.In a bowl mix the beets,curd and salt.
3.In a small pan add little oil and then the mustard and urad dal.After it pops add them to the bowl.
4.Mix well and serve with chappati.
